The $100 bond of Truman Osburne, 3410 Bowdoin st., was ordered forfeited by Municipal Judge Don L. Tidrick Monday when Osburne failed to appear at a scheduled hearing on a charge of disturbing the peace.
Assistant County Attorney James McKeon said Truman was in jail at Leon as a result of a charge filed there.
Truman and his brother, Robert, 1206 Eleventh st., were arrested here Apr. 23 after a disturbance at a tavern. Robert was sentenced to 30 days in jail last Friday when he pleaded guilty.
