Wilbur Vance Osburne, 53, of Weldon waived to the Polk County Grand Jury Thursday when arraigned in Municipal Court on a second-offense charge of driving while intoxicated.
Judge Harry B Grund released him on $1000 bond.
Osburne was arrested Wednesday after police reported, he was found driving from curb to curb on Thireteenth street, between College and Washington avenues.
