Jessica Muehlberg: Let me tell you about this amazing woman. Marie Hass is my great grandmother. She was born in 1919. She was married at 14. She graduated high school in her 30's and then graduated college with a baccalaureate in her 50's and worked as a librarian in rural Missouri for several decades. She has been a wonderful inspiration my whole life. Since then every woman in my family has achieved a college degree. I was so happy to spend some time with her today. — with Marie Hass.
