Mrs. Anna Axsom, 91 years old, of Cainsville, added interest to the marriage at Bethany, Aug. 29, of Miss Pauline Shafer to Alfred Axsom, grandson of Mrs. Axsom.

Mrs. Axsom was a charming and gracious old lady as she appeared here, shy in manner, neat in a black satin coat, and with fresh cheeks and sparkling eyes.

for some reason now I can't upload photos....this came from newspapers.com....a b/w grainy newspaper image. I have heard about this picture all my life and it was exciting to find it and see it with my own eyes.
