Johnnie Axsom has rented the Frisbie place, known as the Polly Oxford place.

Mr. and Mrs. Ross Shafer visited George Shaffer Thursday.

Cinda Craig and Eva Willis visited at the George Shaffer home Wednesday.

Arthur Cochran was at George Shaffer's Saturday on business.

Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Shaffer are the proud parents of a nine pound baby boy born January 22nd. They have given him the name of Walter George. Mother and child are getting along well, and I think Oscar will soon recover.

Mrs. Helen Martindale from Leon, Iowa, is down to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Boyd's on an extended visit.
