2 D.M. Youths Face Charges

Leon, IA-Two Des Moines youths, one already accused of a safe burglary at Des Moines, will face breaking-and-entering charges here today, Decatur County Attorney Waren Marpe said Monday.
They are Oliver M. Wright, 17, and Lyle P. Osburne, 18, who were caught Friday night insie the Downey Chevrolet Garage at Lamoni, Marpe said.
At Des Moines, Carl Parks, chief probation officer of Polk county juvenile court, said Wright is one of three boys accused in the $1000 Tromar Roller Rink burglary there on Feb. 6. Wright has been free on bond awaiting juvenile court action, Parks added.
Osburne has a record of many traffic violations and public disturbance violations.
