3 of 4 Brothers Freed on Bond

Four Osburne brothers appeared in municipal court here Saturday. Three pleaded innocent to charges and a charge against a fourth was dismissed.
Wilbur, 36, furnished $200 bond after denying a charge of failing to leave his name and address at the scene of an auto accident last Tuesday at Seventh street and Washington avenue.
Robert, 22, pleaded innocent to charges of intoxication and distrubing the peace and quiet by fighting, and posted $200 bond. He was arrested Friday at the Keg Tavern, 936 Sixth ave.
Truman, 20, arrested with his brother Robert, denied a charge of disturbing the peace and quiet by fighting, and was released on $100 bond.
The fourth brother, Russell, 27, was freed on a charge of assault and battery when the complaining witness could not be located by police.
