A charge of disturbing the public quiet by fighting against Truman Osborne, 21, of 1304 Wade st., was dismissed by Municipal Judge Don L. Tidrick Monday for insufficient evidence.
Osborne was arrested by police Feb. 12 after a fight at the Mirror Lounge, 611 Grand ave. The arresting officers testified they did not see the fight which they said took place in an alley behind the tavern.
