Truman Osburne was indicted Wednesday by a Polk County grand jury for breaking and entering the Pantry Cafe, 917 Sixth ave., Oct. 21.
Osburne, who is being held in Polk County jail in lieu of $5000 bond, is accused of taking an undetermined amount of coins from a juke box and pinball machine at the cafe.
