this is Zerelda's other Papa...

JASON'S OBITUARY Jason Lee Findley 1982-2020 Bethany, MO: Jason Lee Findley, loving husband, son, father and friend, passed away at the age of 38 on Thursday, June 25, 2020 after a 30 year battle with diabetes. Jason was born on March 16, 1982 and graduated from South Harrison High School in 2000 with an emphasis in auto mechanics. On October 10, 2010, among all of his dear friends and family, he married Angelina Markle. On this day he not only became an amazing husband, he also became the step-father to three beautiful daughters that he adored. He was a mechanic by trade and enjoyed fixing anything he found to be broken. He loved to build things and always had a way to make things better even if that something was fine the way it was. Jason had a deep passion for cars (mainly Dodge) and motorcycles (Harley Davidsons of course). He could talk your ear off about either and gladly did just that whenever he could. Jason enjoyed many things and was a big kid at heart. He enjoyed adding to his extensive collection of Hot Wheels cars and participating in many late night Hot Wheel races with his friends. He enjoyed driving and building his RC trucks and shared that enjoyment with his wife and friends. He loved playing video games, collecting and shooting guns, tacos, tools, driving his truck (a Dodge in case you were wondering), cartoons, Real Sugar Mountain Dew, AC/DC, and above all, his family and friends. He adored his grand babies and was always their most favorite person. Mostly because he always had a large collection of candy and treats that he was more than willing to share with them. He loved his furry best friend, Pepper and he adored his lovable floofs Little Dummy and Big Dummy and was always quick to tell tales about them or show off his many pictures of them. He could always be seen wearing his very fashionable overalls and Harley Davidson hat. He was always a good sport when his wife or daughters tried to bring a little culture to his life and actually enjoyed some of it. Although he wasn’t always quick to admit it. After all, he had a gruff reputation to uphold. But we all knew how much of a softy he really was. Jason was always quick to tell a joke or funny story even if he was the butt of the joke. He loved making people laugh and smile and held nothing back. He would do just about anything to make people laugh, even dressing up in a unicorn suit just to see his wife smile at the end of a hard day. Everyone that knew him has a funny story or two or several to tell about him. Jason left this world knowing that you could watch Harley Davidson and The Marlboro Man a thousand times and still never get tired of watching it, you couldn’t go wrong with a Dodge, feeling the wind on your face while riding a motorcycle was the best therapy, and there was no such thing as too much pepper. He will fondly be remembered for his favorite blue Dodge truck that he lovingly passed onto a new young Dodge fan, his distinct sounding Harley, the joy he got in tearing things apart and putting them back together and his incredible ability to make others laugh. Jason is survived by his wife, Angelina who he most lovingly referred to as Wii-Fii or Weefs; his three daughters, Paytience Markle, Taylore Andrus and Kayla Andrus; his parents, Bill “Bubbles” Findley and Linda (King) Findley; brothers, Keith, Wesley, and Travis Ellis; granddaughters, Danica Maria-Rose, Amelia Lou, Zerelda James (who he had the pleasure of naming) and Henlee Beth as well as several nieces and nephews. Jason has been cremated under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 1 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Inurnment in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Bethany, MO will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends 1:00-2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with social distancing and masks recommended.
