O'Neal Appointed as Probation and Parole Officer

The Missouri Board of Probation and Parole announce the appointment of Michael O'Neal as a probation and parole officer.
O'Neal is currently assigned to the District 39 Office located in Trenton. He is a 2002 graduate of Cainsville High School and graduated in 2006 from Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, with an emphasis on Law Enforcement and Administration. He is the son of Mike and Lou O'Neal of Cainsville.
O'Neal was previously employed at the Daviess/Dekalb Regional Jail as a sergeant.
The Missouri Board of Probation and Parole supervises offenders placed on probation by the Courts as well as those released from correctional facilities throughout the state. Probation and parole officers are charged with the supervision of these offenders, ensuring the safety of the public is their top priority. There are approximately 700 offenders supervised in the District 39 office, which encompasses Grundy, Harrison, Mercer, Putnam, Sullivan, Linn, and Chariton counties.
