Mrs. O.J. Ferkin Funeral Friday

Services for Mrs. Ole J. Ferkin, 68, of 1620 Des Moines st., will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Dahlstrom Funeral Home. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery.
Mrs. Ferkin died of a heart attack Sunday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. She had been ill two years. Born at Ruthven, Mrs. Ferkin came to Des Moines from Marshalltown 14 years ago. She was a member of the Christian Church at Marshalltown.
Surviving are her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Mureen Berger of Des Moines, Mrs Josie Perkins of Luana, and Mrs. Mayme Ringis of Alhambra, Cal., a son, Arthur of Whittier, Cal., two sisters, Mrs Charles Macy of Torrington, Wyo., and Mrs James Small of Liscomb; three brothers, Oliver Kjormeoe of Marshalltown, Amos Kjormoe of Long Beach, Cal., and Melvin Kjormoe of Torrington, Wyo. and nine grandchildren.
