A prisoner facing a three-year term in the state prison at Fort Madison remarried his former wife Saturday in the chambers of District Judge C. Edwin Moore.
He is Truman E. Osburne, 23, who was sentenced to the three-year term Tuesday after pleading guilty to a charge of conspiracy in connection with a break-in Oct. 21 at the Pantry Cafe, 917 Sixth ave.
His wife is Kathryn Jo Osburne, 22. After the ceremony, Osburne was returned to the Polk County jail. He will be taken to Fort Madison on Wednesday.
