Truman Osburne, who gave his address as 3410 Bowdoin st., pleaded innocent Friday when arraigned before Municipal Judge Harry B Grund on an assault and battery charge.
Grund ordered Osburne released under $200 bond pending a hearing next Friday on the charge filed by Lucille Izzolena of 613 S.W. Sixty-second st. Miss Izzolena told police that Osburne struck her during an argument Tuesday.
