Truman Osurne Given 30 Days

Truman Osburne, 22, frequently arrested for fights and disturbances here, was convicted of disturbing the peace Tuesday and given 30 days in jail.
The charge was filed in connection with a melee at the Keg Tavern, 936 Sixth ave., Apr. 22, involving his brother Robert, 24, and several other men. In the trial before Municipal Judge Tidrick when he pleaded guilty Apr. 28. Truman's trial had been postponed while he served 30 days in the Leon jail on a disturbance charge.
Carl S. Missildine, Truman's attorney, said he would appeal the case. Appeal bond was set at $100.
