Neither E.K. Higdon nor I seemed to have enough time to really hunt down all of the information we would liked to have had but this much we got down:
His grandfather and mine of a few generations back were brothers. They were Peter Higdon and Benjamin Higdon.
In his line there were

In my family-that is of the BENJAMIN HIGDON family-I do not have who he married nor the dates of his birth and death. I think that I can eventually get it. His son GEORGE WASHINGTON HIGDON married SARAH FOESTER. Their children were :
