WAC Pvt Patricia A Teas, daughter of MRs Alta Berthelsen of 107 E Fifteenth St, is spending an eight day furlough in Des Moines.
Miss Teas, who enlisted last August, has been transferred from Fort Lee, Va. to San Antonio, Tex., where she will enter nurses' training at the Brooks army medical center.
