Services for A/2cRobert E. Berger, 20, will be at 1p.m. Tuesday at the Dahlstrom Funeral Home. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery.
Airman Berger died Oct. 28 of injuries suffered in an auto accident in Sembac, Germany. A native of Marshalltown, he lived there until coming to Des Moines six years ago.
A graduate of Des Moines Technical School in 1954, he had been stationed in Germany since July, 1955, as an instrument specialist. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Helen Elliott Berger, his parents, Mr and Mrs Jack Berger, of Des Moines, three brothers Jack, Bill, and Gary, all of Des Moines, and his maternal grandfather, Ole Ferkin of Des Moines.
