ELIJAH'S OBITUARY Elijah Dean Dailey
1941-2021
Mercer, MO: Elijah Dean Dailey, 79, Mercer, MO passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at his home in Mercer, MO.
He was born on June 11, 1941 in Mercer, Missouri the son of Howard Karl and Mabel Marie (Shroyer) Dailey.
On April 26, 2015, he married Donna Lee Kemery in Princeton, Missouri. She survives of the home.
Elijah was a graduate of Mercer High School in 1959. He then spent a year at Missouri University in Columbia followed by a semester at Central Missouri State in Warrensburg, MO. He then worked as a farmer and also sold Pioneer Seed Corn. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Mercer and a former trustee and board member of Summerset Township. Elijah enjoyed fishing, hunting, and dancing in his spare time.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Dianna Lee Rogers.
In addition to his wife, Elijah is survived by his sons, Kevin (Debra) Dailey, Mercer, MO and David (Melaissa) Dailey, Mt. Juliet, TN; sister, Deanna Schreffler, Roseville, CA; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; five nieces and many cousins.
Elijah has been cremated under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Princeton, MO.
The family will hold Memorial Services and an Inurnment in Wilder Cemetery, Mercer, MO at a later date. Online condolences may be left at www.robersonfuneralhome.com
