Winston L McMullen, who had served as area manager for the US Savings Bond division here since 1966, has been named state Savings Bond director for Arizona.
McMullen, who had been business manager and financial secretary for Local 45 of the Sheet Metal Workers International Association here for 10 years before joining the Savings Bond division, began his new duties Monday.
A World War II veteran, helped organize labor group volunteers who donated their time to build a new camp for the Iowa Society for Crippled Children.
