Married,-At the home of the bride's parents, Mr. & Mrs. Philip Higdon, two miles southwest of Winona, on Sunday, OCt. 28, at 3 p.m. Mr. L.B. Cooper and Miss Norah G. Higdon, Rev. H. Drennan officiating.
The bride is the daughter of one of our prosperous farmers and was dressed in a gown of cream Eveline trimmed with satin ribbon and Irish crochet, and a spray of white chrysanthemums. Miss Higdon was formerly a resident of Bethany, Mo. and during her short residence here has made many friends.
The groom was raised in this community, and is esteemed by every one.
The Democrat joins their many friends in wishing them a happy, long, and prosperous life. Thre were many useful and elegant presents.
