J.W. Orton, of Bethany, and Miss Emilie P. Higdon, of Taggart, Elder J. H. Stark, of this city, tying the nuptial knot, in the presence of a few invited guests, after which a bountiful dinner was served. Mr. Orton is the efficient and highly esteemed secretary of Dr. D.W. Martin, our cancer specialist, and the bride is an accomplished daughter of Mr and Mrs. J.S. Higdon, of Taggart. May life be pleasant with them is the wish of their many friends.
